Hello Atlanta! We’re coming your way on September 11, 2010!
Food Blog Forum is pleased to announce another seminar in Atlanta full of great technology , branding and food photography information and fun networking. With the success of our last Los Angeles seminar, organizing an East Coast event was long overdue. Thanks to the collaboration with Gwen from Bunkycooks, this Atlanta seminar will include a Friday night networking-mixer party, an all day seminar and after party!
Speakers include John Kessler of Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Virginia Willis, Jaden and Scott Hair of SteamyKitchen.com and Todd Porter/Diane Cu of WhiteOnRiceCouple.com
Plenty of great food, wine, networking and new friends are waiting you.
More information on Food Blog Forum Ticket Website.
We look forward to seeing you all in Atlanta!

Got my ticket!!!! So exited on this. Checked with the hotel and it shows they are not giving out the rate noted on the FBF Website???? I’m going to wait and call them up on Tuesday.
I got to go to the one in LA, but this sounds like so much more. Color me jealous!
Hi Monica,
When you click on the hotel link from the Food Blog forum website, it takes you to the Hyatt Reservation.
Enter the date information that you want to reserve and the price will show $75.
I double checked it to make sure and it did give me the $75 rate.
Thanks again for joining us in Atlanta and we look forward to seeing you!
All registered – can’t wait!
Got my ticket. Now just need to get the time off and make reservations.
Looking forward to it!
I’m excited about this event and am thinking about trying to get sponsored to go to this seminar. Is this something others have been sponsored before? Also, what are the rules for this event if you’re sponsored? Thanks so much!
Sweet! Just found out about this today, was able to get my ticket, and am thrilled that the event will be held about a mile from my house.
Hooray! Thanks so much for coming to the east coast. I’m working on making the drive down from central KY. Hopefully I can get it worked out. Sounds like it will be a great event!
Really looking forward to this and reconnecting with some of my fellow Food Blooger Camp campers — will the beach and sunsets be as nice as they were in Mexico?
I just bought my ticket. I am sooooo excited! Thanks for setting this up!
This sounds like a great time and I wish I could attend but life is intruding at the moment. I hope there will be another opportunity since the seminars sound so informative!
anyone know if the hotel offers a shuttle to/from the airport? I’d love to not have to rent a car.
I called the hotel, and they don’t. FYI
The MARTA Station is just a couple of blocks from the hotel. You can take MARTA directly from the airport to that stop in Buckhead near the Hyatt Place Hotel.
will there be shuttles to the events from the hotel?

I’m excited about it! I’m curious too, will there be shuttles from the hotel?
Hi Alison,
I have a few people that are willing to carpool/offer rides. If you contact me directly, I can put you in touch with them.
Gwen
Ugh… semi emergency and I am forced to travel to Louisiana this weekend. I can’t use my two tickets for the event. Anyone interested in purchasing please send me a note. Thanks!
Anybody know if there is any transportation provided to the events from the hotel? Someone earlier mentioned carpooling and I’m not sure if that is still the only option or if something had been arranged by the organizers?
There is no shuttle, but some people have offered rides. If you email me gwen@bunkycooks.com, I can give the the names of the people that said they had space.
Thanks!
Gwen
Thanks Gwen! I have hooked up with someone for a ride and should be all set.
Anybody know what the dress is for the parties on Friday and Saturday? Casual? Dressy? And for the conference?
Hi Megan,
I would say nice casual. Spice Market is a very nice restaurant, so maybe throw a change of clothes in the car if you want to be dressier, although, I you will be fine casual.
Gwen
Do you have a similar event planned for the west coast?
I would love to attend this meet, but it would be nice if it is in the tri-state area. I am so sad that I am missing this one
